Ownership & Sharing
Once you have fully paid for your images or videos, you own them. You own, and are welcome to use however you wish, the final exported versions. You do not own the raw footage and images captured on your shoot day — JS PHOTOGRAPHY retains ownership of that. Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to the shoot day, JS PHOTOGRAPHY retains the right to use and share — in part or in full — all or any video footage and photography we captured from the day.
Cancellations & Postponements
Please notify us 24 hours prior to the shoot date if you need to cancel or reschedule the shoot. Real estate agents are responsible to check the weather before scheduling a shoot. We understand Auckland weather can change and recommend www.metservice.co.nz for a weather report.If for any reason you choose to cancel or reschedule the use of our services please inform us 24 hours before the shoot day. If we arrive on site and find out the shoot is cancelled, additional $80 call-out fee will apply to the final invoice.
Reshoots
If you're unsatisfied with our services, please contact jsfotoman@gmail.com and we'll resolve this for you ASAP. We try our best to accomodate any changes you've requested.
However, a $80 reshoot fee may apply if a reshoot is required due to factors outside of our control e.g. changes to the staging, a car or object is blocking the property etc.
Conditions of the Property
Due to privacy reasons and respecting the home owner or tenants belongings, we will not move furniture, make beds or declutter the space unless we are working with the agent or vendor onsite.
